I was skeptical after seeing a couple of obvious phishing emails make it through. It made me wonder what it was actually catching behind the scenes. For us, it just didn’t feel worth paying for.

We had a hard time getting our team to actually use Trustifi. The training was... kind of confusing, and people kept coming back with the same basic questions afterward. I’m sure it might work better for some teams, but for us, adoption was rough and it ended up feeling like just another extra step in the day.

Uh, changing policies feels limited. I kept having to find workarounds for simple things, which got frustrating after a while.

I tried using trustifi for secure file sharing, and I can see why someone might like it if security is the main priority. That said, my experience was kind of frustrating. Uploads felt slower than I expected, and a few people I sent files to were confused by the links or the steps to open them. I ended up having to resend things another way more than once, which defeated the purpose for me. It’s not terrible, but it felt like more hassle than it was worth

"Too much effort for something I didn’t fully trust"
I really wanted to feel good about using it, but the setup just didn’t make me feel confident enough. It took more effort than I expected to figure things out, and after all that, I still didn’t feel secure using it for private emails. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but I ended up not wanting to risk it.

"Support felt way too slow for an email/security service"
I ran into an issue with my account the support experience was frustrating. It took a long time to get a response, and when they finally replied, it felt like a generic copy-and-paste answer that didn’t actually solve anything. I ended up having to repeat the same details more than once, which made it seem like nobody was really reading what I wrote. It wasn’t the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, but given this is tied to email and security, I expected a much more attentive and helpful tone

"Admin dashboard wasn’t what I expected"
I feel a bit misled by how simple this was made to sound. The admin dashboard is frustrating to use, with basic settings tucked away in odd places and pages that randomly take forever to load. I keep wasting time hunting for things that should be easy to find. Overall, it’s been a disappointing experience.

I really wanted Trustifi to be the answer for encrypted email, but in day-to-day use it just didn’t feel reliable enough for me.
Some messages took forever to open, and a few recipients told me they couldn’t get into them at all. Reading between the lines, that’s a big problem when the whole point is to send something securely without creating extra confusion.
Support was decent and tried to help, but the same issues kept popping back up. After a while, I just didn’t feel comfortable trusting it for anything important.

I went with Trustifi mostly because we needed help with compliance-related setup, but the support experience was frustrating. I felt like I was constantly waiting in a queue just to get a basic reply, and when someone finally got back to me, the answers often sounded copy-pasted.
When I asked more specific questions, I kept getting pointed back to generic docs that didn’t really address what I was asking. It might be fine if you only need a simple setup, but for actual compliance support, I felt like I was mostly left to figure things out on my own.
